PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

SPRING INSPECTION
(Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm)
 • Check filters.
 • Check refrigerant pressures.
 • Tighten electrical connections.
 • Lubricate motors, if necessary
 • Check for proper voltage
and amp draw.
 • Check and clean
condensate drains.
 • Insure the controls
are working properly.
 • Check indoor and outdoor coils.

FALL INSPECTION:
(Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm)
 • Check filters.
 • Check all safety controls.
 • Tighten electrical connections.
 • Lubricate motors, if necessary
 • Check for proper voltage
and amp draw.
• Of electric heat -
check operation of heat strip.
• If gas heat -
clean rust and soot from burner
and chambers.
