Total Comfort System Inspection
In southern Louisiana your air
conditioner operates over 2000 hours a year on average.
This is equivalent to driving over 100,000 miles in a
car. No one would think of driving their car over
100,000 miles without an oil change or routine
maintenance. Just like changing the oil in your car,
your air conditioner system needs to be thoroughly
inspected and cleaned to keep it in top operating
condition and to ensure long-term reliability. In fact
most manufacturers will not honor their warranties if
the units are not properly maintained. Maintaining your
air conditioner unit in top shape is one of the best
things you can do to save money on your utility bills.
A dirty condenser coil can decrease your air
conditioner’s efficiency by as much as 40%. Lee’s is
offering something no one else is. We are offering a
Total Comfort System Inspection.
We are offering to perform a 78 point
system inspection including duct work and a whole house
carbon monoxide check. The inspection is designed to
ensure that all aspects of your heating and cooling
systems are operating safely and at their maximum
efficiency.
Not only will we keep your heating and
cooling system in top shape, we will add up to 2 lbs of
Freon to your system for free, and if your system is
more than 2 lbs low we will do an electronic leak check
for free. All of this will be completed during the
inspection. The Freon and leak check alone are a $286
value. In addition to our Total Comfort System
Inspection, you become a contract customer which
entitles you to a 10% discount on parts, no overtime
charges, no diagnostic charge on service calls and
priority service over non-contract customers. Our goal
is to keep your heating and cooling system running at
its optimum performance with minimal cost to you.
We will come once a year during the fall
or winter months to complete the Total Comfort System
Inspection. The inspection will take roughly two hours
so it minimizes the time you have to be there.
